This is a great resource when preparing our clients for Closing *except* Sellers need to be sure to keep utilities on in their name for the day of Closing, so we recommend they request shut-offs for the next business day.
We have a similar checklist for our Buyers too! Buyers will want to contact the new HOA or Condo Association in preparation for Closing to be added to their contact list when applicable. This can be a particularly frustrating detail if overlooked and there is a gate or code required for access to the property.
